So, here’s the deal. We’ve all seen and heard what’s going on, so if you have the ability, put your extra $ to good use. Put your donation to maximum use by donating through an organization like the Red Cross. Send a $10 donation by Texting ‘Haiti’ to 90999. Your cell carrier keeps nothing.

    Just thought you should know that according to NPR, who just did a story Friday, Jan 15th, about using your cell phone to text a pledge to Haiti, the down side is that it COULD take up to 90 days to reach them. While the intention is good, probably working with the Red Cross would bring more immediate relief. Just my two cents worth. :)
